Indian education has been an influential education system in the global society during ancient and medieval times. The traditional Indian education system is mentioned in extensive written form in Indian literature, the practice of imparting education through well-organized institutions like Gurukuls and Universities was developed in India by the Rishi tradition. In which many students from all over the world came to study, the Gurukul tradition was instrumental in taking knowledge acquisition, development of intellect, discovery and research to the top level. Rishi science and Indian research and research reached its peak in many golden phases during ancient and medieval times, which has been the foundation and main factor for the development of current science. During the Middle Ages in India, brilliant students from all over the world came to study in educational institutions like Nalanda and Vallabhi and were trained as highly educated intellectuals and experts in various fields. In these institutions, experts in various subjects and fields were trained by excellent gurus and principals by imparting education in many subjects like agriculture, metallurgy, astronomy, planetary science, Ayurveda, mantra science, religious rituals, animal husbandry, various sciences for conservation, languages of animals and birds, planetary science, health science, construction and sculpture.

1. INTRODUCTION:
The legacy of education in the form of knowledge emitted by the Indian sage tradition is still seen in Indian texts and Vedic literature, including religious Vedas-Puranas, various texts written on Ayurveda - Shari Shastra, proverbs, stories of Panchatantra, copperplate inscriptions, inscriptions, notes, court literature during the Rajshahi period, Charani literature, etc.
Various literature was created in many forms, which legacy of knowledge is still preserved to a limited extent.
Currently, the original manuscripts of Bhrigu Samhita, which numbered about 5 lakhs, are preserved at the National Museum in Delhi, out of which about 2 lakhs are preserved, currently the original manuscript of Guru Granth Sahib, the original relics of Lord Buddha and his belongings along with the religious literature created from his thoughts, M.S. The original document is preserved in its original form at the Archaeology Museum of the University, Vadodara.
2. The invaluable legacy of traditional Indian science and its relevance in the present day:
This invaluable knowledge and science of ancient and medieval India can be restored in the present day and help in achieving the goals of a developed India. Although the iron pillar of Delhi is 1800 years old, its iron has not been damaged by any environmental process till date. At that time, metallurgy was so developed that tools and structures made of metals that could last for thousands of years could be made. Also, with the treatment of Ayurveda, even a patient who was close to death could be made healthy and given a long life. With the help of yoga, people could live a long and healthy life. With the help of advanced science in the field of agriculture, various nutritious plants and health-enhancing food items were prepared. Even in the present day, building a dam or bridge over the sea is considered an engineering challenge, while the construction of a dam from the southern coast of India to Lanka during the Ramayana period can be considered an engineering skill.
Reinstating this science and integrating it with modern science can create a variety of skills that will help in realizing the goals of Developed India 2047.
3. The need for traditional Indian education for Developed India 2047:
By restoring the lost Indian heritage of knowledge and science developed during the ancient and medieval ages, benefits can be obtained in the present day in technology, construction, sculpture, health and other fields, such as in the field of agriculture, planting, preserving and harvesting crops according to the yoga of planets and constellations improves the quality of the crop and gives more production, similarly, in the rural areas of Kutch, stone and lime mixed houses built in the traditional style last for 300 years, while in the present day, the structures built using cement last only for 40 years – overall, by constructing in the traditional style, we can prevent the waste of money, manpower and resources through long-lasting structures and can also make human life sustainable – we can use the money, resources and human labor saved through this system to achieve development goals.
The traditional Indian lifestyle is an excellent lifestyle that supports strong - healthy health, for example, the natural farming method is the original farming method of India, grains, fruits, vegetables and food items grown through natural farming do not have any side effects on human health, they contain excellent nutrients and the food made from them is digestible, the system of getting up early - going to bed early is the key to a healthy life, the rules for breakfast, lunch, dinner are helpful for the growth of health, the worship-prasad of Lord Satyanarayan is the best medicine, along with the prasad, the organs of the performer of the yagna along with the water, land, air and environment are also purified through the yagna, just as the lungs are sanitized and cleansed when the smoke of the yagna is inhaled through the nose, along with the purification of the skin, mind - brain, eyes - ears and blood. When the lungs are cleansed, more oxygen is absorbed into the body, which in turn increases the amount of oxygen in the blood and purifies the blood. When sweat is produced in large quantities by the fire of the sacrifice, the pores of the skin open and the waste of the body is removed.
Many developmental benefits can be obtained from the Indian lifestyle and knowledge heritage. By imparting Indian knowledge and science to the younger generation through education, the above-mentioned many benefits can be given to the society, which can make a major contribution to the development of India.
